Our Mission, Vision, & Values

All organizations must plan for the future by asking the questions: Who are we? What are we? Why do we exist? How can we best serve our patients? The answers to these questions are what defines the purpose of the organization - its Mission. The organization's Vision is the long-term goals to achieve the mission. Values, such as quality, customer service, and accountability, are the guiding stars by which everyday decisions are made in achieving these goals.
