Cascade Valley Hospital: 330 S. Stilliguamish, Arlington 360-435-2133

From I-5 - Take exit 208 and head east on Highway 530. After approximately 3 miles you will come to a stoplight. This is the intersection of Highways 530 and 9. Turn right onto Highway 9. Follow Highway 9 south to the second left-hand turn. Turn left onto Highland Drive. Follow Highland Dr. east to the second four-way stop. Turn left onto Stillaguamish Ave. Cascade Valley Hospital is in the middle of the first block, on your left.

Cascade Valley Arlington Women's Health: 903 Medical Center Dr., Arlington 360-435-0242

From I-5 - Take exit 208 and head east on Highway 530. After approximately 3 miles you will come to a stoplight. This is the intersection of Highways 530 and 9. Turn right onto Highway 9. Follow Highway 9 south to the second left-hand turn. Turn left onto Highland Drive. Follow Highland Dr. east to the second four-way stop. Turn left onto Stillaguamish Ave.

At the end of the first block turn right onto Medical Center Drive. Cascade Valley Arlington Women's Health is at the north end of the building on your immediate left.

From I-5 - Take exit 208 and head east on Highway 530. After approximately 3 miles you will come to a stoplight. This is the intersection of Highways 530 and 9. Turn right onto Highway 9. Follow Highway 9 south to the second left-hand turn. Turn left onto Highland Drive. Follow Highland Dr. east to the second four-way stop. Turn left onto Stillaguamish Ave. At the end of the second block you will see a large white sign on your left that says Cascade Medical Center and Emergency in red. Take the driveway immediately in front of the sign.

Cascade Valley Arlington Orthopaedics is at the west end of the parking lot behind the brick building (Cascade Medical Center.)

From I-5 - Take exit 208 and head east on Highway 530. After approximately 3 miles you will come to a stoplight. This is the intersection of Highways 530 and 9. Turn right onto Highway 9. Follow Highway 9 south to the second left-hand turn. Turn left onto Highland Drive. Follow Highland Dr. east to the second four-way stop. Turn right onto Stillaguamish Ave. and take an immediate left onto Wesley St. Immediately turn left into the parking lot of Whitehorse Medical Building. Wrap up to the top parking lot.

Cascade Valley Granite Falls Clinic: 405 W. Stanley Street, Granite Falls 360-691-2419

From Arlington - Follow blue hospital signs to Stillaguamish Ave. Follow Stillaguamish south until it turns into Burn Road. 1 mile out of Arlington Burn Rd. turns to the left (if you continue straight you will be on McElroy Road.) Follow Burn Road for 8.5 miles. Turn right onto Jordon Road and go three blocks south to SR 92. Turn left at light onto SR 92, which is also West Stanley Road. CVGFC is on your left two blocks after you turn onto W. Stanley.

From Highway 9 - Turn east onto 84th St. N.E./Getchell Road. After seven miles turn left onto SR92. Follow SR92 for 2 miles. After you enter Granite Falls, CVGFC is on your left, in the second block after the first stop light.

Cascade Valley Darrington Clinic: 1190 Riddle Street, Darrington 360-436-1005

From Arlington - Go approximately 30 miles east on Highway 530 until you reach the Darrington city limits. One block after the Darrington Pharmacy, turn right onto Madison Ave. Go two blocks and turn right onto Riddle St. The clinic is the second building on the right.

Cascade Valley Smokey Point Clinic: 16410 Smokey Point Blvd., Arlington 360-653-4569

From I-5 - Take exit 206. Turn east onto 172nd Street. At the stoplight turn south onto Smokey Point Blvd. Go through the next stoplight. The clinic is on the second floor of the three-story green building on your right. The building is set back off of the road.

From I-5 - Take exit 208 and head east on Highway 530. After approximately 3 miles you will come to a stoplight. This is the intersection of Highways 530 and 9. Turn right onto Highway 9. Follow Highway 9 south to the second left-hand turn. Turn left onto Highland Drive. Follow Highland Dr. east to the second four-way stop. Turn right onto Stillaguamish Ave. and take an immediate left onto Wesley St. Immediately turn left into the parking lot of Whitehorse Medical Building. Wrap up to the top parking lot.
