"Well-Wishes" are particularly special when used to recognize or thank a member of the health care team or patient at Cascade Valley Hospital. Contributions are used to help purchase new technology and promote the services at Cascade Valley Hospital.

We invite you to give a tribute with lasting meaning and help provide continued state of the art health care for you and your neighbors.

When you make a gift of $5.00 or more to the Foundation "Well-Wishes" Program, we will send a specially designed greeting card with your personalized wishes to the named honored person. The amount of your gift is not disclosed, only the very special contribution you make in their honor or memory.

You receive an acknowledgment from the CVH Foundation that can be used for your tax records. The "Well-Wishes" Program is an ideal way to let someone know they are special, and will assist in providing state-of-the-art health care for you and your community.
